Values for ATP levels in Ctr muscles did show a small but significant increase at 5 min but did not differ significantly from the value at time 0 thereafter during the protocol, while significant drops in ATP content did occur at 10 and 30 min in the CAI group. In early April, Nat's little brother Declan was born. All was well with Declan except that he was the most colicky baby ever. From about 6-weeks old until about 10- or 12-weeks old, Declan's colic was unbearable to the family. The child was miserable.
