In Table IRR 1 for the AFIB condition the percent agreement varied from a low of 85% to a high of 99%. For the CAD condition the percent agreement varied from a low of 75% to a high of 99%. For the CHF condition the percent agreement varied from a low of 90% to a high of 99%. Improvement in IRR can result from improvements in training and improvements in the design of the tool. An element level analysis will show which elements are inherently difficult to abstract. Elements with high abstraction unreliability that are relatively expensive to obtain and do not effect estimates much should be considered candidates for being ignored.

It is thus possible that opioid receptor blockade decreased the striatal dopaminergic activity, leading to amelioration of the dyskinetic movements. Moreover, it is possible that hyperactivity of the endogenous opioid system could play a role in the pathogenesis of L-dopa-induced dyskinesias. These cases confirm the importance of investigating nondopamine interactions in drug-induced responses. REFERENCES 1.
